PKP Properties Website and Tenant Web Access Cheat Sheet

The website and Tenant Web Access are both online tools for Pi Kappa Phi Properties chapters. They allow students and their parents to take more control over their experience and allow direct and useful communication to happen between members and the PKP Properties staff. If you plan on living in your chapter house or are curious as to what it is like being a PKP Properties chapter, please take some time to explore both platforms for yourself.


The Pi Kappa Phi Properties website was created in October 2019 to help new members and their parents better understand the housed chapter experience. Below are some helpful short cuts.

Your Chapters Page –

  1. Go to
  2. Click on OUR PORTFOLIO
  3. Click on CHAPTER HOUSES
  4. Search for your school by name at the top or locate the picture of your chapter house and click on MORE DETAILS

Finding a Staff Member –

  1. Go to
  2. Click on ABOUT US
  4. Here you will find the PKP Properties staff pictures, job descriptions and emails.

Contact Us –

If you are unsure who to email, anyone on the staff can point you in the right direction.

Tenant Web Access:

Tenant Web Access is the tenant’s portal to their lease information. Through this system they will sign their lease, pay rent, and report services issues. Below are a few tips to accessing those services.

Logging in to your account.

  1. Go to the website at
  2. Click TENANT ACCESS in the top right corner.
  3. Enter your email address and password.
  4. This brings you to your tenant dashboard

Paying your rent.

  1. Log on to your account to access your tenant dashboard
  2. Select MAKE A PAYMENT from the black dashboard at the top of the page.
  3. If you would like to set up auto pay please click ENABLING AUTO PAY at the top of the payment box.
  4. In the Amount box, please type the Balance Due.
    1. The system does not allow partial payments. The minimum that can be paid is the balance due.
  5. Select your payment type.
    1. Paying with a Checking or Saving Account is free of charge
    2. Paying with a Credit Card is a 3.5% charge
  6. Click MAKE A PAYMENT.
  7. Enter in the card or banking information.
  8. Click PAY NOW to submit payment.

Report a Service Issue

  1. Go to and click SERVICE ISSUE
    1. log on to your tenant web access account
  2. Click SERVICE ISSUE from the black dashboard at the top of the page.
  3. Click ADD SERVICE ISSUE on the right of the page.
  4. Add a Subject and Description of the service issue you are reporting.
    1. You can also submit attachments of photos or files to the service issue.
    2. The more detail you provide the better your Property manager can assist you.
  5. You can view your service issues under the SERVICE ISSUE tab.
