Greg Buehner, President

Hometown: Cedar Falls, Iowa

School: University of Iowa  

Greg attended the University of Iowa, where he studied finance and joined the Theta Theta Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi. He is also a Pi Alpha, having participated in Journey of Hope in 2006. During his time as an undergraduate member, he served as the student member on Pi Kappa Phi’s National Council as well as a student member of Order of Omega’s Board of Directors. Greg went on to earn a master’s in business from the University of South Carolina. Greg joined and staff in 2008, and he resides in Charleston, South Carolina.  

Fun Fact: Greg is an Eagle Scout, the highest achievement or rank attainable in the Boy Scouts of America.

Chet Mirabal, Vice President of Construction, Land Development and Assets 

Hometown: Arlington, Texas

School: Valdosta State University

Chet attended Valdosta State University, where he studied marketing and became a member of the Beta Tau Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi. He joined the Pi Kappa Phi Properties staff in 2024 as vice president of construction, land development and assets. In this role, he leads capital improvement efforts for the Pi Kappa Phi Properties portfolio and coordinates new construction opportunities to expand the portfolio. In his free time, Chet enjoys playing golf, boating and coaching basketball.
